pcgs grading process

hello,everyone! I charge with my credit card for platinum membership of PCGS for more than 10 days,but I don't receive any reply or answer from the PCGS?will the PCGS post the membership package for me?what should I do now?Please help me .Thank you very much!

    Welcome! PCGS will mail you the welcome package that will outline your plan and include submission forms. In the meantime, if you would like to submit something before receiving your welcome package, you can log-in into "Submission Center" and print an on-line form.

    thank you very much!I heard that the welcome package will include 8 complimentary tickets. How could I use the tickets? and if I use the tickets,how could I fill the form with the fees ?

    If you want to use your free submission coupons before you receive your package, you have to call and speak with the PCGS representative and they will let you know what to put on your submission form.

    it is actually a special submission form/certificate

    you need to send all 8 coins at one time
