    Nothing for sale, but:

    WANTED TO BUY

    - Certified World Coins before 1950 with nice Toning (Prefer Larger Silver and Gold)

    PLEASE OFFER
  • Hi Everyone:

Offering premium ancient roman imperial coins.

Premium means no culls, slugs, or other useless garbage. Nice mix of sizes. Nice details for the price!

A check of Emperors showed Constantine The Great, Constantine II, Constantius II, Crispus, Valens, Valentinian I, Valentinian II, Gratian, Arcadius, Honorius, Gallienus, Claudius Gothicus, Aurelian, Elagabalus, Caracalla, Trajan, Septimus Severus, Diocletian, Maximianus, Numerian, Quintillius and others. All should be at least partially attributable, with many fully attributable to Emperor, reverse and mint. This lot contains a great mix of Late Roman AE3s and AE4s as well as a good number of larger Antoninianus, and Follis coins and some earlier provincial coins. If cleaning is required, simple soaks in distilled water, light brushing, and then waxing with renwax or paste wax before placing in a flip should be all that is required.

Euro 160 including registered shipping worldwide.

Edit: The blueish toning is more prevalent in hand especially the periphery on the Obverse and throughout on the Reverse. Nice tight fields on the obverse too. image
The meaning of life ? I don't know but I am sure that coins have something to do with it.

Lovely toning on the coins especially the 3p & 4p - ranging from champagne colouring to steel blue toning. Quiet attractive.

Edit: Again photos from Ebay as they are much better than I am able to do. image

Edit II: Just to emphasise that these coins are now residing in a NGC multiholder.

    - - UPDATE - I'm down to 2 or 3 of the 2008s - first PMs get them! - -

For Sale Here: 2008 Silver Britannias - $37 / ea (includes shipping and paypal)

My silver britannia order just arrived - I ordered 1-05-08 and they got here 40 days later. I'm not sure what the current wait time is on britannias. I have a limited quantity of britannias which I'm offering at the same cost as the Royal Mint. eBay prices over the past month have been higher than this. I'm not looking to make any profit on these; this is just my little 'board special.'

These are not the blister-packed coins from sheets. These are the individually mounted coins on a collector card, sealed in a plastic bag, as issued by the Royal Mint.

If you're interested, PM me. I'm going to be out of town Fri evening through Sun, but I'll return weekend PMs on Monday.

My 2007 Silver britannias are now all sold.

    Delivery confirmation is included.
Insurance based on purchase cost (optional below $50, required above):
    $1.65 ................ $0.01 to $50
    $2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
    $2.45 ................ $100.01 to $200
    $4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300
