Identification Help needed? Russian????

I've looked at it every way i can.... It's the size of a 2 pence, It's silver, Has a 2 headed eagle. And it's thin enough to see my Ex-mother-in-law thru........lol.... Can anyone possibly enlighten me. I'm a bit lost on this one.

I'm going to lean towards Austria. Definitely not Russian.

Maybe early 1700's Austrian Kreuzer? KM 1536 or maybe 1425? (That inner loop on the rev cuts out a lot). Closest two I can find at the moment.

I think I can make out AVS DUX BVR STYRIA, which makes me think 17th century Austria, Graz mint.

I think you hit the nail on the head..... Especially with the counterstamp. I'd like to thank all who chimed in. This one was driving me nut's, Which is a short drive at that.
