Question about PCGS service

I just started using PCGS this year. My set was received on 1/17/08 and I requested TrueView. Credit card was already charged for both grading and photography. How will I receive pictures, by email or through the PCGS website? Will I receive photos or grades first? Will grades post on the "submission status" first or will I receive the coins first?

I'll try to answer what I can. I believe you will receive an email with the pictures, but sometimes you will not. Either way, they can be found by putting the certification number into the PCGS website link. Linky
I'm not sure if you will receive the photos or grades first, but you should be able to see the grades online before receiving the coins.

Not sure about the TruView, but you'll have the grades available on-line once they grade them, before they ship.

You should get an email with the TrueView images. At least I always did when I used the service.
