How tough are Jim Sundberg Topps cards in PSA 10?

I am considering starting a Jim Sundberg (former catcher for the Texas Rangers and a couple others) PSA 10 Topps collection. He was my favorite player growing up and thought this might be a nice thing to have. Not interested in the other brands, only Topps However, I've seen some crazy prices for PSA 10's of relatively common players, so I'm going to ask this going in. Are any of his cards considered condition sensitive where its going to cost me a lot of money for a 10? I believe his first card was a 75 Topps and don't recall the last one. What can I expect to be a total outlay for all of his Topps cards in PSA 10??
