Can't comment on the price or the pop but the card is pure perfection!

Beautiful card. Just like 90% of all the other cards in the set. Donruss made everyone look like a superstar that year.

Demand still drives some cards popularity, not just the pop report.
  • True enough, especially for HOFer cards... the Ripken & Ryan 10's can command around $100 if you time it right, but both have gone for well under that in recent months. The normal/average price for the Ripken is probably in the $50-60 range but has gone for as low as $30 (amazingly). Same concept with the Ryan... I sold one for $95 a late last year, and since then they've gone for between $34 and $83. Not sure why but there's a HUGE disparity on these cards just within recent months. The one that always shocks me though is the Tony Gwynn. For his 2nd year card, 10's only averaging about $27 and have gone for as low as $21.50. Seems like that is undervalued but I guess it just proves that Ripken & Ryan are still way up there in collector popularity.
