I would say MC because of the tilt. When I think of OC, it srikes an image in my mind of the image being "square", but with either right or left margin or top and bottom margin or both, significantly different in size. However, when I think of MC, I think of tilting, with the image not being square, or portions of another card showing, etc.

I'm gonna have to disagree and say it's accurate at OC.
A miscut card will be either "diamond cut" or part of the image of another card can be seen - or at minimum the inner picture is not complete - i.e. - no border at all and part of the inner picture is missing.
You can see the entire inner picture in this card - tho there is a pesky "tilt" which throws my brain off.

edit: crappy scan: you can see the entire inner picture of the card - i.e. I can see border all the way around the card.

Those are some carpy scans.
I am pretty certain the card should be MC.

Are you mixing tilt up with diamond cut?
Yes - a diamond cut is considered a Miscut.

No, the edges look nice and even...just the image on the card looks tilted.
But looking at it a little closer, I think the way it's sitting in the holder may accentuate that a bit more than it truly is.
Maybe it is just plain old OC after all. Real tough to tell from the crappy scans.
edited to add: Good to have you back, Stone!
Two old threads were pulled - and I can see the difference - in the one thread we were brain-storming the whole process.
That's what makes a board worthwhile.
One can learn more here in a week - sometimes - than in months by accidental surfing of the net or reading SCD, Beckett, Tuff Stuff etc.
