My ONLY concern about the .5-scheme is that the bumps will be "too easy to get." Bumps need to be reserved for "special looking" cards. Otherwise, lots of buyers are going to be cheated.

my thought is from the front it looks like a PSA 6 (ST) with a qualifier. really don't understand why it is not PSA 5 (ST)? or does PSA look over the stain marks on the 51 bowman ? because weren't most of them distributed in 1 card penny packs or can someone enlighten me?
