Questions about submission costs, etc

Hi,

MODERN (1965 to date) $300 20-30 days $14

Does this $14 cost apply to modern gold coins? It doesn't say 'non-gold' ...just wanting to confirm. I have some small 1/25 oz. coins I want graded, but can't see paying $30 for each of them graded.

I also have some odd shaped gold coins, scalloped and seven sided, places like Burmuda and New Guinea. Anyone have one of these kicked back because they wouldn't slab them?

Thanks for your time.

    call PCGS... image

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.

  • I notice now they're offering a free gold coin submission, as if there's a majority out there that have never submitted a gold coin before ...a kind of promotion to get people into it.

Thought I'd at least give it a shot on the message board to see if anyone had experience submitting such to PCGS. Maybe that's a thing that larger dealers do, but not so much the general populous.

    Thanks for your time.
