Yes, it is! 
Gorgeous coin in-hand. Used to be housed in it's old ANACS holder, but going to PCGS raw with my next submission. Hoping for an AU50. Nice re-worked dies. There are slight traces of the die clash on the reverse, as well as a re-punched "N" and an overdate, to boot

I've e-mailed the seller and gave him some tips on scanning slabs. He's a nice older gentleman, liquidating his personal collection with pieces certified in the early 90's. Too bad that it's mostly U.S. material.
