1995 sp Griffey promo card?

I must be looking in the wrong places, but I can't find any info about these cards. The back of the card says 1995 upper deck card #100 (For Promotional Use Only) I have a many other promo cards and would just like to find a good source to read about the various different ones.

The 2008 Standard Catalog doesn't give any info on it, but lists the card at $2.00
