Not sure of the origin, but it is an UD distributed card, but I don't think it was inserted into packs. It is probably worth in the $100-200 range...maybe a tick higher on a good day. Since this card was released, the market has been flooded with Ryan autos making these early 90's releases less valuable, but still very desireable!!
