I have a chance to buy these cards for $75. Should I jump on it - assuming they are in the shape he says?

1. 1982 Cal Ripken JR Rookie Card Donruss
The Newest member of the "Hall of Fame" CAL RIPKEN JR. It is the 82' DONRUSS CARD #405. The card is in NR-MT/MT CONDITION. The GLOSS on this card is BEAUTIFUL front and back with four very sharp corners.


2. 1983 O-Pee-Chee #83 Ryne Sandberg
The condition of this card is NM/MT.


3. 1968 Topps Tom Seaver #45
Fair condition has some surface wear.


4. 1979 Topps #116 Ozzie Smith Rookie Card
This card is in Good Condition


5.TWO (2) Eddie Murray Topps #36 Rookie Cards
Both in VG-Ex condition


6. 1986 Donruss Jose Conseco Rookie Card #39
This card is in mint condition!

That is a great deal.

The 1970 Ryan sells for around $80 in PSA 6 which is the likely condition of the one you're getting (if it isn't trimmed), so you should be ok with the whole lot for $75.
