    I hope this doesn't lead to a rash of other fake recruitments, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

    that's unfortunate
    gotta remember the kid is only 17-18 and it tough to know your dream isn't going to come though at that age. i hope he recovers from this.

    Wow, I bet it'll be really tough at school once his classmates find out about everything. That definitely won't help his recovery process any.

    I kind of feel sorry for the kid. I watched the replay on tv and they had this big party in his school with all the school there. There is alot of pressure on trying to play Division 1 ball.
