Can anyone access the pop-report or SMR right now?

I've tried to get into it for the last 15 minutes with no luck. It logs me in fine, but when I try to access a given set, it kicks me back to the "subscribe today" page. I have a 2-year platinum-level membership with over 1 year remaining on it. Am I missing something?

just need to look up some pops for my ebay postings and couldn't get in for some reason. I will have to call PSA to see if they screwed somehting up with my subsrciption...

Works fine here. I guess we need to give it some time, because anything thats new will always have its problems at first, but they will definetly get around to make everything work right.

Do you need to look up a price of a card or the pop? I can look it up for you if you would like.

Thanks for the offer, but I called PSA and Diana fixed it for me while I was on the phone with her. Something must have gotten messed up with my membership renewal date during the conversion. Anyway, I kind of like the new format, but now I will have to rebuild all of my Excel workbooks I had built to auto-import this stuff... grrrrr!
