2002 topps chrome hobby box

just recieved a couple hobby boxes to try and put this set together,

every single card is warped pretty bad at that.is this common?ever happen to anybody else?

when i say warped,i mean i could put my pinky finger under each card.

hopefully somebody could give me a idea how to get em flat again?

not planning on grading any of these,just love the green cards for some reason.

any help would be appreciated!

  • I'm pretty sure the "warping" you're talking about is how the chrome cards are. For some reason they seem to curl a bit. However, it's an even curl on both sides that actually makes them stack kinda nicely I think. Nothing to worry about. If it sounds different, then post some pictures or something.

  • they curl when exposed to heat, I had some in my car and they wrapped. This was due to exposure to Sun on the box. Otherwise, no problems. Damn heat!
    Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

    I put them in the microwave for 3 minutes. That usually flattens them out.
