When I sell something and someone buys multiple items when I go to send an invoice the box is open for me to put in a discount or additional shipping charges. But when I put in the discount say -2.50, becuase for two items it is automatically puts the shipping at $6.00, and I hit recalculate it does nothing and does not show that shipping should be at $3.50 total??

I just adjust the shipping total box and send it without recalculating it. I copy myself on the invoice. I have no problems.

Yes, don't recalculate. Just put the number in the box you want and send the invoice.

It used to allow you to recalculate, I guess with one of their changes they did away with that.


I too had that problem 2 or 3 weeks ago.
