Can laziness or monetary responsibility affect crossover grades?

Do you suppose that graders looking at a crossover with a minimum grade requirement might deny the grade simply so that they don't have to crack the card out of the old slab and risk damaging it? Especially if the card is worth a few grand.

    Nope.

When they can, they want to add value.
    Convincing themselves that they are
    correct is the ONLY roadblock.
