More Thumb Sucking in the corner

Both Moss and Brady, fresh off visits to the woodshed, said they would not play in the pro bowl. What a bunch of pathetic
babies. Of course when your coach runs off the field with his tail between his legs early, the players think its ok.

Man, that sucks! I can't believe I'm getting cheated out of appearances by Brady and Moss in the Pro Bowl. The Pro Bowl!

Brady probably would not have played even if the Pats won due to the ankle problem.

Now Randy, well, it's just Randy being Randy. Hopefully he won't hit any more women (er, I mean engage in "consentual horseplay")

The NFL "Pro Bowl"...you mean the NFL rough touch football game which nobody gives a chit about.

suddenly no one gives a chit abuot it?? I remember 40 posts during the season about how so and so was left out and how
so and so shouldn't of been in and how this guy is great because he is an all pro.

Bad sportsmanship is bad sportsmanship, I hope the fans remember!

Not suddenly. I haven't cared about it since I was about 12.

I do agree that the Pats do not seem to be the most gracious losers - heck, neither am I - but if the NFL never staged another Pro Bowl, I'm sure most sports fans would not care. Or even notice, for that matter.

  • Agreed the Pro Bowl is a joke and should be eliminated. I understand Brady not being completely healthy but Moss shouldn't have any reason to show up.

The honor is in being named. Having an all-pro year is a big deal and the game itself is meaningless. It's not complicated, nor is it bad sportsmanship not to go. Fans don't care about this game, so there's no issue there either.

I didn't mean the "honor" - yes, of course it's an honor to be named to the Pro Bowl, and it should be an honorary award...a game should really not be played - the game of football isn't condusive to having its All Stars play a half-ass game...very unenjoyable and not entertaining in the least.

Not many high profile players, who are at the end of their contracts, risk injury playing in the Pro Bowl.

    Welcher.

I think they both agreed they DID NOT DESERVE TO PARTICIPATE in the pro bowl. Many people in this thread should take note. The only players that are going are ones who already had family trips planned

I think it was last year outside the Pro Bowl, they had an "old-timers" flag football game on ESPN. Steve Young was one quarterback I remember in the game, I forget who was the other quarterback. But it was actually an entertaining game...they were trying to win, unlike the Pro Bowl game whereby except for a few exceptions, most players just want to get the game over with, without getting hurt - again...just awful entertainment and an awful format for a game. Only sports gambling addicts are interested in watching that stupid game.

Brady, Moss and Bill just go to show you what cry babies they all are. It is amazing how much *** kissing their was by the media
before the super bowl and now these guys are just dirt. Patsies are going to have a BIG target on their backs now. I would love
to see the Bills, Jets Fish get better, but that might not happen, none the less players AND fans will remember this.

Let me find out Kevin, you are just stomping your feet again and whining because your not going to see the "Class" of the AFC playing in your favorite game of the year image

Not sure what all the fuss is about? I heard Garcia is going to get a shot in place of Brett Favre!
