  • I believe you can be NARU'D if you owe alot in fees. I don't know the cut off amount though.

They will NARU you, if your credit card on-file expires.

ANY amount due and unpaid is grounds.

  • There are many ways you can get NARU'ed and negative feedback rarely leads to NARU.

Not Paying fees is the biggest reason.

Having an invalid phone number got me a temporary NARU once until I updated it.

If they mail you something and it gets returned they can NARU you for the same reason as the phone number.

    Excessive listing violations.

Not paying for items won. Filing the UPIs is more important than feedback.
  • I'm glad you said that my cc is expiring this month.

    Hi Brian

How have you been? Can't remember - were gonna get a masters in engineering at "Tech"?

Sorry to hear about the auto - but even tho you paid that way - I think if you contact your bank, they can try to get the funds back. Tho I don't know what they'll charge you to do that?

    Good luck

PayPal offered buy protection on that auction. As long as the seller doesn't send you a empty container, you will get your money back via PayPal dispute.
  • Thanks for the info guys. The story did end well in that I got a refund after a few more emails exchanged. It turns out it was damaged during shipping. The seller's lack of communication is understandable in my mind as they were probably battling ebay about something.

    Mike, PM sent.
