I need one coin, preferably in PCGS plastic at ms 69 to use for research on the spotting problem. If you have one to sell or donate/loan please IM or email BAJJERFAN@aol.com. Testing will be non-destructive.

What kind of research are you heading toward? I have a few in NGC holders if you can't find PCGS ones.
