List of 107 Coin Grading Companies

Here's an interesting list of 107 professional coin grading companies and a brief explanation of them. I don't know how accurate it is.
Of course, many of the companies I have never heard of.

Does that mean there is a potential for mega-lawsuits (should ebay lose the current one brought on by the few that stepped up)?

What makes one a professional grader? Is there something like a bar exam for lawyers, a MD for doctors or a CPA for accountants?

Which accredited universities give degrees in coin grading? Which states license coin graders? What universal grading standards do they use?
Regulations common to the industry? Bonding and insurance requirements? Periodic testing and continuing education?
I am subject to all of this as both an engineer and an auctioneer. If I practiced either just based on "it's my career" or "that's how I make money" I would be in jail.
Remember my grading system where a coin can have as many as 4 qualities but there's 6 to choose from. And that all 3 quality coins must include a full strike! Maybe not. Before a coin can upgrade, it needs to have better and stronger qualities in the strike, grade/condition and eye appeal.
Doesn't the letter Q look like a little balloon?

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
