coin not accepted? Who can i contact?

I have a pcgs 25c i have been trying to add to my set for around 2 weeks now. I enter the number, click update, and it never gets updated... however there is never any e-mail from pcgs that the coin is invalid, or whatever. As far as i can see i do need the coin for my set. who can i e-mail to ask if there is a problem?

thanks
chelle

Does the cert number begin with 50? I remember there were issues regarding registering coins that began with those two numbers. The rest of the advice give makes sense, good luck and let us know how it comes out.
