Need some help on an ancient

Can anyone ID this coin and it's mint for me. I believe that the ruler is Constans, but cannot find one that matches it on the internet. Most of the varieties that are similar have more lettering in the wreath on the reverse. The coin is approx. 18mm in diameter and bronze. Thanks!

Obverse inscription: CONSTANTINVS AVG - it's Emperor Constantine I.

Reverse inscription: DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG, VOT XX and crescent in wreath, QT below. Ticinium mint. Wildwinds page for this coin.
Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
    Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius, "Meditations"

Apparently I have been awarded the DPOTD twice. B)
