PCGS holder question

Does anyone know if I can tell a date range of when a coin was slabbed by the serial numbers... I was looking through my overstock boxes and found these 3 1943S MS66's and they have different color labels and/or styles... I thought it would make a neat display to put together a little " through the ages " set of identical grade coins...image

Also how many different holders were there for just regular submission coins ?
