Quick Query: Ebay Stores Fees

Hi there. I searched on Ebays site and couldn't find this info:

If you open an Ebay store, do you still have to pay to list each item in that store, or are listings fees covered under the $16/month subscription fee? Thanks.
Do You Collect image Baseball 1937,1965-94,2008-09?
Or Regional Canadian Baseball Issues?

    On February 20, listing fees decrease a bit.

    AND, Final Value Fees increase substantially.

    The stores are still the best deal on EBAY.

    what storm said, they are lowering the store to what 3 cents, i got tired of reading it image but final value fees are going up,and i cant give non paying bidder fiens negatives anymore,i havnt figured that one out yet,but i can be negged,if anybody has got this figured out please let me in on it, it might make sense, i just dont see it yet?
