    I think April is right. I got the 2008 last year for my birthday, which is in May.

    Why did they make so many if no one uses them? Of course I could say the same thing with the presidential dollars.

    Thanks fellas... the coins are still for sale at the U.S. Mint. (2001 Kennedy halves)... I was being a bit sarcastic. Do those Red Book numbers account for total minted which are still in stock and on shelves or will the populations go up as the years pass ?
