I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector. Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.
Here's a case where the grade doesn't matter. It's natural looking and I like it. There is some dark grey area on the hair above the ear that makes me question rub. It looks that way around the eye, too. Also on the eagles right leg there is an area where it might be thrown into the AU arena, but otherwise, it is strong enough for MS 64, in my humble opinion.
Surfaces are 65ish, but whether it gets the nod as a 64 or 65 is going to depend on how powerfully that underlying luster comes through that toning. I'v guessing 64.
My first impression was MS64 with a shot at 65....but then I saw the rim chunks and doubt it would go higher than 63....at least that's where my money would be if I wanted to buy it. Pete

I will go with the 64/65 crowd. Looks fairly mark free (not sure what is going on under the E, if it is a die crack or ??) , nice strike, tough to tell on the luster and how much the cheek marks show from the photos though. Nice coin!

Not rim chunks...just the little plastic tabs that hold the coin in place.
