What is Ebay policy on a filing a non-payment complaint?? How many days after the auction is over??

    You have to wait 7 days to file an unpaid item dispute (max is 45 days). You can close the dispute at any time after the buyer contacts you or if the buyer doesn't contact you, you have to wait 8 more days to get your final value fee. There are exceptions, like if the buyer is no longer a registered user, you get your final value fee immediately when you file the unpaid item dispute.
