Ebay Feedback rule change not until May June

I was under the impression it started in Feb with the new pricing but I was just on the phone with them and they told me nope, not until May or June. But one thing they mentioned is that search results will be sorted by the best feedback (the 5 stars numbers). So sellers with the best feedback will be on top. --Jerry

The little guy can have as good or better feedback than the big guy. They're talking your star rating (4.x out of 5), not your overall number. --Jerry

I assume that that's just the default and one can search on auction end time, price, etc. as can be done at present?

Still makes no sense to me.
