The phrase comes from my wife, whom upon seeing one of my more recent purchases (this 1887 Jubilee Bust Double-Florin) stated: "you need another one of that coin, like you need a hole in the head!" Frankly, I wasn't surprised by her comment, but the fact that she noticed that I had this exact coin already; 6 of them to be exact 
Anyone have a "hole in the head" coins, ones that is the exact year, type and mintmark (if applicable) as the others; but you seem to buy more anyway?

Hard date to get in any sort of brilliant condition, lots seem to have cabinet friction, marks, weak strike or all of the above
