how do you get your graded cards???

Do you buy your cards in PSA?
Do you buy your cards RAW and then submit?
Do you just buy something cheesy like GAI, BVG, SGC, or CSA and cross over?

What do you like to do?

Since I kept my childhood collection in great shape, I have a stash of old cards to pick through.

    Mostly I buy slabbed.

    I send some in raw.

I crack some out of other slabs.

    Prefer to buy slabbed.

I'd say 99% of my cards I buy already graded.

I bought my first graded card on eBay (I cracked it out and put in my 2004 Heritage set) and I won the other in a give away here on the forums. That's the only 2 graded cards I've ever owned. image

    Good question!

I like to get cards for my collection and get them graded by PSA. I will only by an already graded card, if its a card that I need badly for my collection, but thats about it. Again, I would only by graded cards with any other company, only if its a card that belongs in my collection, and I can't pass it up, then I would buy it, and cross over to PSA.

I started buying PSA Seau's in 2000. There weren't enough graded Seau's on ebay to satisfy so in 2005 I started submitting my own. Within my master set, I make a notation in the comments section of each card, as to where I acquired it from. image At some point I hope to have more self submitted cards than ones I have acquired from all other sources. Just more satisfying that way.

Usually buy raw from NewEnglandSportsCards and have graded by PSA.

It's funny, though, my cards never seem to grade higher than NM 7.

    SGC cheesy?

    hmmmmm

I have bought them already graded by PSA.

I have submitted raw cards to PSA.

I have bought SGC Cards and crossed them.

I have bought GAI cards (2) one I can't cross the other came back as trimmed.

I am open to getting cards anyway i can.
