    I remember discussing this clown a few months ago on the board. Could not find the old link. Apprently he is making enough money to keep going. I actually emailed him at that time and asked him if his company had a website so I could check out grading system. He replied that it was "under construction". It is a shame people do not take a little time to second guess things that "just does not look right" Anyone have any ideas what to do to get get him off ebay?

    For a guy with only a year on EBAY his feedback is very shaky, that would scare me off from the getgo.

    You paid $5.01 for a low-grade '64 Topps Venezuelan Angels team card. That's not out of line at all. It's not worth $700 even in NM condition, but beater commons often go for a few dollars.

    Just pay for it.

    It seems the guy is a serial scamster.

    That is reason enough not to do business with him.

    I would tell him to file a mutual do not complete.

    Good chance he will hold the NEG.

    This seller sent me an invoice for 5.02 and after I sent him a I will send payment soon, he emails be back and says Shipping will be 10 not 5! NO WAY I AM DOING business with this scammer. I may neg him with this-

    metalmike - usually when i look at this type of thread, I agree with the person posting. There are a lot of bad sellers out there (and yes, bad buyers). But, I'm having trouble here feeling bad for you and know from some of your posts about other topics that you are "too good" to fall for this type of auction.

    The seller has horrible pictures and his "graded" cards are a JOKE. I don't know why anyone would look at his card and say it is real. It looks like some people are paying some money for them, though. They are getting what they are paying for.

    Your last post that he changed the invoice amount is definitely something to get upset about, but not the $.01 you paid for the card in the top post. Even though he doesn't say he gives shipping discounts to multiple purchases on the few auctions I looked at.

    Pretty funny stuff---Josefina just bought a bunch of Movie star cards from me. She buys low graded (sportscards) cards "real or not" and is very careful as to how she words her auctions after she encapsulates them. If you look at her recent purchase of 500 capsulation holders this should satisfy most of you as to what she is all about.

    I had one purchase from her. I did not like the fact that the telephone number for her goes to her POE ( place of employment) when i encountered a delay in shipping. Since i am an investigator it was easy for me to locate a good home address in case i had any problems.

    Won't buy from, but i have no problems selling to her.

    Josefina1747 sent me a email asking why are you wasting your time? My reply=Actually it's not a waste of my time. Yes I bid on 2 of your auctions- the Venezualean cards. After you sent me a invoice which was ok by me for 5.02 -that was fine. After you sent me a email saying you wanted 10 bucks to ship 2 cards I googled you lol and that is how I found out you iz dirty. Then I asked you nicely to agree not to complete the transaction and you basically told me to pound sand. This and the other rude emails from you caused me to post the truth about your criminal enterprise. What?
