100% positive. Most of the stuff I have bought from Canada has been PSA graded hockey cards and game worn jerseys. I would say my average purchase runs about $100-$200, but some have been over $1000, and there have been no problems. If buying something expensive make sure they ship through the PO, not UPS or Fedex. The prvate companies charge brokerage fees, there is no duty or import tax when it is shipped by the post office. You can use Paypal or the orange money orders from the post office, the regular green ones are no good in Canada. It may take a couple extra days to get it through Customs, but usually it gets through pretty quickly. Just use the same caution that you would buying from a US dealer and you should be OK.
I have had no problems at all. I do have to be a little more patient on shipping time. It does seem to take quite a bit longer sometimes. Also, if I mail my payment, I have to remember to put 2 stamps on it. LOL.
To me I put the Canadians right up there with the Nigerians for known scam artists! They are just sitting up there, north of the border, making fun of us, and stealing our money....
Just kidding.
That's really a stupid question in my opinion. Why would you think there would be a problem?
I have had only perfect experiences buying and selling with Canadians on the Bay. Very friendly too!
never had a problem either -getting stuff in or out,(im not allowed in Canada period, long story) Germany is the worst,i deal with alot of germans in military stuff-the customs dept over there is like big brother

I'll confirm that...any delays have been when I have sent things TO Canada. Anything coming FROM arrives pretty quickly.
Good luck!
