.5 grades and submissions

Hey Guys, do we know how the half grade crossover will work. If a card is sent in, in a PSA holder, will it be broken out, regraded and reholdered with the same grade or the bump?? New serial number? Is this correct and if so where is it stated. Will there be a new submission form? Just wondering... any thoughts

    Only if the card bumps will it be reholdered. Cards can only bump up.

    also, the cert# will remain the same even if it is reholdered.
