Im about to send in a order for this months special.
I printed out a form from the psa website.
Instructions say to do this after printing out....
"Fill out a submission form and write JANUARY COLLECTORS CLUB SPECIAL on the top of the
form. Mark OTHER as the type of service. Click here to print out a form. (Note: You must be a
Collectors Club member to submit cards to PSA. If you are not yet a member, click here to join)."
Well on this form, there is nowhere to check "OTHER" as type of service.
Is there another form to printout or just use this?
