It looks pretty good, but I'd be concerned about the COA.

Is Valley Collectibles a big group? I'm not familiar with them. Not being disrespectful, just asking.

I don't know MJ's signing tendencies and have no clue what type if signer he is for the public. Either way, I would want the autograph to have a better authentication unless I got it from a friend that I trust who got it in person.

i dont know anything about valley either,i bought a large lot

of cards and mini helmets(mostly gai)and a few autographed jerseys

and this was part of the deal.not a big money part so if not then i'm not really out
much money wise, most of the stuff was raider stuff i wanted!just thought if this
was authentic,it would be icing on the cake!

The sig looks too large for how he signs. His uda sigs are always very small even if the piece is large.

Here's a site that deals with MJ's many different autos: Link

If you scroll down, it looks somehwat like the auto on the "I'm Back" book, but if I had to guess I'd say it's fake.

I got Jordan twice in person and the bottom of the M does not look right. Look at his certified cards and uda photos and the bottow M should almost look like a s or 8 not what yours looks like. Just my opinion.

For MJ, I'd stick with his UDA items. They will be easier to resell down the road.

The M looks a little suspect to me and the placement of the J in the middle of "Michael" is odd as well. I'm not a "super expert" on MJ autos but I'd be a little surprised if it passed. Everything else on the auto looks pretty good to me though.

Agreed. They will cost a little more, but the investment will pay off. Once upon a time when I decided that I had to have an MJ sig UDA was the only option I would consider.

    GoRaiders,

If you list it on ebay, you can get a PSA/DNA quick opinion for under $10.00. Then, if they say "Likely Genuine", you can submit to them for a LOA and they will deduct the price you paid for the quick opinon from the authentication cost.

Just put a unrealistic opening bid so no one bids and list it and then get the quick opinion. Will cost you a few bucks in ebay listing fees, and $10.00 or so for the quick opinion, but then you will know whether or not sending it to PSA/DNA is a viable option.

    Take care,

    Mike

I had 5 real Jordan auto's. 3 from uda and 2 which I got in person. All 5 looked the same. The 2 I got in person I had to wait at a golf tournament for 9 hours each time. If you paid less than $200 for the auto is probably is not real. Anybody who got a Jordan auto in person had to put alot of time and luck to get it and they would not sell it for less than that amount. I had 2 autograph dealers offer me $200 for the photo after Jordan had signed it.
