I bought a $500 card from him and the defect I saw in the scan was much worse in person than on the scan. Even though his refund policy states graded cards cannot be returned, he was happy to offer me a refund. Just thought I'd share. He seems to specialize in hi-grade rookies if anybody's on the lookout.

    Yes. I've also had good dealings with Bret.
