Can a card with a qualifier get a .5 bump?
Thanks.

What if you have a card that has a Qualifier (say 9o/c) and you crack it and resubmit. Then you ask for a minimum of an 8. Could this card come back as a 8.5?

I guess it would depend on where on the grading scale the centering falls. And it would have to fall on the high end of any grade to get a .5 bump.
