Very interesting indeed. I doubt that most of them will sell. The prices seem pretty steep for average/below average quality.

It is interesting to see these coins and it further enhances my appreciation in dealing with a reputable dealer like Brian Wagner.

That 09 looks........ well, I cant come up with a word for it.

In his text he says if you are interested, he'll get you better pictures.
seems to me, the time for the "better pictures' is when you post the auction.

Thanks Mark for the kinds words,

I think the potential for disappointment is quite high with the majority of those MPL's. I will be bidding on "0" of them.

Sellers response to question about picture quality

Thanks for your interest in all my MATTE PROOFs. Since these photos were taken with a scanner not a camera, it is hard to give better details without editing the photos. I wanted the buyer to see all my coins as close to natural as possible. I could have posted photos that were all looking like they were all RED, but I did not. If you are looking for scans with better detail, I can make new scans, adjust color and brightness at say 2400 dpi, then try to email them to you. The new scans can not be posted due to the fact of file size, larger than 20 mb per photo. Please request exactly what you would like to see and I will try to accomodate your request. At this time I am not able to provide better photos to post.

He just needs to go to Best Buy and get a decent camera.

Well, the auctions ended yesterday, and 4 of the 8 sold. I also requested pictures, and they gave me the same response, and never sent me new pics.
