Need some fast ebay advice please.

I won an auction on Jan 20th for the following lot, and I made the payment for it yesterday (saturday) with my debit card through payapl. I just received the following e-mail from ebay and need advice on what I should do. I have never seen one of these notices before and the auction that I won doesn't even show up in my ebay under "items you won"
Thanks

If you paid with Paypal, you should be pretty safe. I would file a INR ASAP..
What was the sellers feedback like?
Then file a claim with PayPal.
he must not have paid his bill.
Hi,
I am sorry to bother you all but you have all recently done business with me on Ebay (Thank you) and I wanted to make you aware they have suspended me and I have no idea why. All my bills to them are paid. Their initial suspension email said that I am involved with an unregistered user and as such I am now suspended. First, please all know that every item owed to every one of you is shipped and either delivered already or in transit. This of course does not accoubnt for the auctions which just ended tonight and have now disappeared. I have already emailed Ebay very strenuously and I hope to have this resolved shortly. Theonly thing I an think of is that I bought a 68 cello from "Martinsauctionhouse" who has since been suspended I believe and is contacting me to pay another party on his behalf. Either his ebay or his paypal acct was suspended. I bought the item on Ebay so I am persuing retrieving it. Any way, I sincerely apologize. I have not done anything wrong and nobody out there wikll ever lose money or product with me..
To Mr Koble- your package was shipped priority on Saturday. I am sorry it was delayed a few days but I was unexpectedly away and unable to ship. You should receive it either Monday or Tues.
Thank you to all. Please feel free to email me at cmat89@yahoo.com if you wish.
Sincerely,
Chris Mathews
see how this plays out; wait till he gets reinstated before completing the transaction.
Unfortunately, expect zero help from eBay/Paypal. Since the listing is now gone, you don't have a leg to stand on.
What will happen after waiting weeks: Paypal will rule in your favor, but since they can't (cough cough) recover the money from the seller, you won't get a refund. However, if the seller is ever stupid enough to fund his account again, they may recover some money for you. (Yeah, right.)
Their 'guarantees' are worthless. (I lost less than $20 bucks, now put everything on a real credit card, and will do a chargeback directly with the cc company if the need should ever arise.)
Here's a copy of the letter I received from them....The last line is PRICELESS !!!
Dear (My Name)
After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any
funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement,
recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future
and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may
include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to
take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot
discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and
that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.
