I remembered that Pete Rose had a card that featured his young son on it with him, and there was that debate it being his son's RC.
Here's one for hockey, done by accident, but the difference is that this kid is looking like a superstar right now and most likely ROY. Are there other instances for other sports? Some that actually did pan out?
