Official Autographed 1957 Topps football thread

I've finally decided to collect autographed cards of all living players who had cards in the 1957 Topps set. Based on my research, 89 players are still alive, 54 are deceased and 10 are uncertain. The players who I can't find any additional information are:

Tobin Rote died June 27th, 2000 - JSA autograph

Does anyone know the address to send items to Eddie LeBarron? Last I heard he was a lawyer in southern california. Any help would be much appreciated. My dad got to meet him a couple times and would really enjoy his autograph. Please let me know.

I just got back this POS from Paul Hornung. I'm sure glad that I threw $130 down the drain. It looks like he pulled an old pen from the bottom of a junk drawer to scribble his barely legible name on the card. Unreal.
