Given as crudely as these appear to have been manufactured, I would put it more in the XF-AU range, especially if the lustre implied in the picture is indeed present.

Hey this one really caught my attention because it's the same kind of 1/4 reale that puzzled me two years ago. Like yours, this one didn't have any mintmark identification so like was mentioned above, might have been struck for or in the Spanish Phillipines. Took a LOT of researching till I stumbled on that possibility. Kind of intruiging that the Spanish Phillipines thing is still open to question
