WoooHooo...grades popped. Two nice Boxing grades!

Sent in six cards with my membership renewal. Received 31/12, entered 10/01 and popped 25/01.
Anyway, among the six were two very nice grades:
1910 T220 Boxing Fight Between Jeffries/Sharkey PSA 8 (a pop 1, and only 26 of 1,100+ cards in this set have received a NM-MT grade). Actually thought this card had a shot at a 9.
1923 V137 (Willard's Chocolate) Boxing Eugene Criqui PSA 5 (also a pop 1).
Both these cards were bought at the Toronto Sports Card Expo last year (paid 70 and 20 bucks respectively).
Any boxing guys have an idea what the Jeffries/Sharkey might fetch?
