How do I get this fixed?

This card is incorrectly listed as a T206 when in actuality it is the 1910 T215 Red Cross Type 1. Can I just send it in with a note in my next submission or what?

You should be able to send it in for reholdering as a "mechanical error". I believe the cost is only $5 (+ shipping).

If it is a mechanical error, which it is, there is no cost other than the cost to ship back to PSA.

Send an email to setregistry@collectors.com with the subject "Mechanical Error" and let them know the error. Attach a scan of the card and you should get an email back within a day or two that states something like the following:

I apologize for the error on your card. We will need you to send it in for us to correct it; I am sorry for this inconvenience. Below are some instructions for sending them back in to be fixed. These instructions are very specific to insure that we are able to process your order properly and avoid delays.

    · Please fill out a PSA submission form, mark "Other" as the service level, write in "Mechanical Error" and include a short note on the form describing the error. There is no charge or return shipping fees for the correction.

    · If you are not a Collectors Club member, please provide me your address and I will send you a submission form.

    · Please keep the problem card(s) on a separate submission form if you will be sending other cards as well.

    · Please make sure the submission form and the outside of the shipping box has “Mech. Error" clearly and LARGELY written somewhere on it.

    · You will still need to write in the Declared Value(s).

    · Once the card(s) is corrected, you will be sent a grading voucher to compensate you for the shipping back to PSA. This voucher will arrive separate from your order.

Again, I apologize and thank you for your patience.

If you have any further questions please contact customer service at (800)325-1121 or via email.

samspop is right, I recently had a 1984 Donruss Steele (was incorrectly labeled Steel, which PSA does often) and the 1989 Billy Ripken FF card (They incorrectly labeled it as a whiteout) that had to be relabeled. Fill out a submission form and mail it in. They will fix and return no charge. Tell them what the error was. You still have to pay the postage to mail it but they will fix the mistake if you label the submission form "Mechanical error". At least that is what they did on my two.

If you're not in a hurry to get fixed, wait until you go to a show that PSA is at (Chicago in March) and they will usually correct them on site.

I have got a few cards with the labes swapped. They are usually very quick in turning the card around and it will be free. Only thing you should have to pay for is shipping to PSA.
