Composition change in Lincoln 09-58 w/major varieties

There is supposedly a change in the composition of the set, but it is not jumping out at me. Anyone know what it is?

I couldn't figure what the change was either. But I noticed my set went from 65.38 to 65.39 in the 1909-date BS set, so it can't be a major change.
