What is this mark??

Have any of you ever seen anything like this stamp on this French coin ????? It was double stamped so someone wanted on there???

    Never seen that counterstamp, and I doubt you'll ever know what it was all about, since it's just a number.

    It's just one of those interesting little mysteries.

    PS- judging from the style of the numerals, though, it is contemporary to the coin- early 20th century-WW1 era at the latest.

    I've seen it on Colonial stuff......... But never on anything that era coin ? Maybe a locker or Hotel token? Some Alzheimer's patient's house address reminder? The number of time's some guy got kissed ?????? The first or last three digit's of a phone number?image Alot of possibilitie's there..........Beware of Jan. 5th. (Passed) Hope all went well....
