Submission - Min. Grade (Cross-over Only)

I have been doing something for awhile but it bit me today.
Anytime I submit cards I pre-grade myself and write those grades on my copy of the submission sheet.
When the grades pop I compare the results with the hope to continue to improve my grading skill and to get closer to matching PSA's Team standard.
This last submission I typed those predicted grades into the Min-Grade (Cross-over Only) column believing that is only used for cross-overs.
Well my grades popped today and I got a "M/G" indication on a number of my "raw" cards.
Lesson learned, don't use that column unless you want it used. I would hope PSA would adjust the form to match the actual use.
Oh well, the PSA 9's I thought I had I will re-submit next month thinking they should be at least 8.5.
My average is pretty good on predicting PSA 8 NQ (75%), not so good on predicting PSA 9 NQ (20%). (Always was a C student, but 20%??)
Hopefully what I think are PSA 9 NQ's will be the PSA 8.5 standard so I can improve my grading. And yes, I grade using a 10x with 100watt light. I'm talking high grade vintage cards (60's).
Also while I may have someones attention possibly, does PSA ever offer a class on grading? A web based class would really be nice.
