"Alan,Could you do me a favor and post a new thread on CU asking if anybody has any info on this card. Maybe the Community and the Non Sport Forum. I have attached scans of front and back. I got it with a lot of 1934 National Chicle Sky Birds, with that and the fact it is President Wilson, my guess is 1920-1940 ???? Thanks in advance Neil"

That is a 1930 American History (series of 48) (R129) card. It is listed as 1930, but I believe the actual year is unknown as is the manufacturer (probably more like mid 30s). The set is listed in the population report, although there are no Wilsons graded. The link below shows the set composition from the Set Registry:

I've paid $5-$20 for some of the native americans in the set. I'd say the card is worth less than $10 based on the condition and centering. However, some cards of Presidents go for a premium, so it could be worth a bit more.
